Very nice staff, the food and ice cream are tasty and of great quality. The yogurt and fresas con crema are a bit watery though

I recommend them everything is quality and tasty

This place closed 10 mins early ALL THE TIMEEE !!!! instead of saying you close at 10pm just say you close at 9:40 pm SMH !!!!!

I witnessed them cutting up fruit without gloves and at the same time grabbing their cell phone and the other employees had the same gloves in between customers and when I questioned them not using gloves to cut the fruit she said they don’t always use them! I also questioned using the same gloves different customers and she said they reuse them! She was rude when I questioned her. So dissatisfied and disappointed!!

I was excited to try this place because I heard it was amazing. The inside is pretty clean and very modern. They have a huge selection of ice cream desserts. I got the pistachio ice cream and was disappointed. The ice cream is almost too rich and doesn't really taste like the flavor it's supposed to be. I also got to try the cookies & cream and a mango ice. Felt the same about both. Very disappointed. I think I'll stick with Twistee Treat. Though I may try this place again in the future.

I ordered a yogurt and they don’t use gloves and they were touching money before that so I told them I don’t want it! They didn’t have any of the popsicles I wanted. Lady who took me was very rude!

Stuff looks like if it’s been sitting there for a while already, they don’t give you a receipt so you can’t even see if they charged you the correct amount or not, nothing has price on the items, when you order a corn in cup , they don’t even fill it up right, it has more mayo then corn

They dont use gloves when the chop your fruit up and didnt even wash her hands very unsanitary. Cashier talked back and was very rude. Popsicles were too salty.

My go to Michoacana ;-) WAY better ice cream than other "Michoacana" places.

Terrible service. The woman who attended me asked me 3 times if I needed something else and 3 times I answered yes, but she did not listen to me because her cell phone had a little loud music. And he treated me in a bad way as if I was asking him to give me the product. They don't even greet you when they go to see you. I really don't go back to that place, much less recommend it 👎

I came here at 10:00 pm only for it to be closed. It was Saturday and it says 24 hours open. It literally said it was open.

This location needs a lot of attention, had a strange odor to it, looked grungy, dirty and in bad maintenance. I will swing by in a couple of months and see if they fix it and update my review accordingly. The staff was reluctant to speak English, big turn off unless you only want hispanic customers.

For pepino picado con chamoy only not even limón or salt 10$ wow go to the other michiocana so much nicer and cheaper

I checked online to see what time they closed it says 10pm we drove there and arrived at 9:38 and they were closed! Horrrible customer experience!

Said online closes at 10pm.... drove 30 mins to the place got there at 930 and all the doors were locked, they were ignoring us thru the glass and also cleaning while people were still inside. We asked why they were closed early the guy rudely said cus we can. Never going back ever. Horrible service.

They serve good ice cream the only problem is that they are low staff so they take a lot of time to get to you and get what you need.

Fruit is horrible just horrible, the inside is dark and looks unclean, they guy tried to make my fruit cup without gloves after breaking down boxes. The watermelon taste old and there is a very small selection of fruit. No prices on the menu. Needs a serious makeover.

its great to go with the family specialy during summer they have the best ice cream and paletas.

Monsters used to be sold in bigger cups, now they are making them smaller...Also is like they aren't even trying anymore. Just monster with a little tajin with like 1oz of pineapple and mango cubes 🤦‍♀️

It was goid but they added a bit too much chamoy sauce.

Best Michoacana I’ve ever been to.

It is okay, the staff is great, however it looks like they need a little more maintenance. They have a fewer options compared to other locations.
